After having several garages unwilling to evaluate the issue with my engine, these guys were willing to diagnose immediately. They kept me abreast of all the details, explained every step, and even counseled me on how to approach the manufacturer to have the repair covered. Even though I had to take it to the dealer to have the repair (as required by manufacturer), they prepared a full report of their diagnosis to ensure I had my problems addressed. I will be using them in the future as they are clearly focused on gaining customers and not just making a sale.

My one and only mechanics! Joe and Dan are terrific. Not only they take good care of my car, but of me as well, like drive to pick me up and then to return my car. They also print out a detailed list of what has been done, and always ask what I want done. For example, they don't insist that I should have the most expensive tires, because they know I am on a fixed income. Highly recommended!
