He charges more than other local garages. I tell him I don't want to pay 70$ for an oil change. He says ill do it for 18 then he puts 1 quart in but tells me its 13$ but when I pick up he charged 39. Plus he gives ridiculous prices to see if you will let him do the work. I will never recommend this place to anybody. Its not the few extra dollars its the point that he told me a price and no more than 5 mins later he told the girl paying that he can't do exactly what he just said he would do.

My car died on the highway and I was towed into Performance plus automotive. Everyone was incredibly helpful and very nice. They took care of the issue right away and were very accommodating. In general my experience with them was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Had a terrific experience with my car repair. They were considerate of the costs involved, looked for ways to save me money, and do the job right. Had taken the vehicle to the dealer first and was not given accurate information about what needed repaired. Will always bring my car back to Performance Plus. They do a great job.

Great service and highly recommend! The staff goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. I travel about 45 minutes one way to get my alignments done there. Had the suspension replaced and a few other odds and ends. Thank you Performance Plus for the great work. I will definitely be a return customer!!

Very knowlegeable and friendly staff. Tell you what is wrong and back it up by keeping the pieces (tires in my case) which did in fact need replaced. Very trustworthy.

Asked for an estimate on a coolant leak for my Audi. This shop called me back after two days to tell me they needed to authorize more time and labor since they didn't know exactly where the leak was coming from. I asked if they felt confident on working with such a vehicle, they stated yes. This was not true, I did authorize the work to see what estimate they would come up with. TLDR: Ended up with a $435 diagnostic bill, their estimate was a grand over another local mechanic whom I took the car to first.

Had a great experience taking my car here for the first time. Will definitely be back for more service.
